Summer is here!!
The joy of summer can keep us more
active than we are used to in the winter months. We are definitely outside more, gardening, keeping up on the outdoor
chores and yard work. Some of us become weekend warriors in the summer months, water skiing, wake boarding, playing like
a child or just keeping up with the kids. Be attentive to the aches and pains that result from the labors or enjoyment
of summer with therapeutic massage, myofacial stretching or deep tissue massage. Remember to schedule your
next massage appointment before your leave. Life gets busy, so remember to schedule your "ME" time and
make it high priority.

Valentines Day....People look at it as a "Commercialized Holiday". But really it is about focusing your attention
on the one you love and setting the intention to block out the crazy distractions that get in the way so many other days of
the year. So instead of poo pooing Valentines Day think of it for what it is not what preassure to buy candies and jewlery.
Although candies and jewlery are nice...if you hold a little piece of that day in your intention everyday, that will be more
of a gift than the the most expensives jewels out there.

Ready set RELAX!
Hi all Some of you may be feeling the holiday rush starting already. The television commericals
played everyday since halloween is just a reminder of the "consumer monster" that is NOT really the spirit
of the holidays. Keep in mind that the holiday sprit is a state of mind, as well as the holiday frenzy. The holiday
season is a time to give thanks, most of us hold that feeling of gratitute close to our hearts everyday. But when the
stress piles on we slowly watch it slip out of our fingers. When you get sucked into the anxiety of the holiday rush, stop,
breath and pullback and gain some perspective. Get back into your body by working out, joining a yoga class, taking
a walk with a friend or get a massage. If you are a client of mine you've experienced the benifits of a stress reducing
massage. Share with your friends and loved ones the benifits you've experienced with massage therapy.
